If you or anyone in your household has tested positive for any respiratory illness (such as flu, COVID-19 or RSV) in the last two weeks, please call our office to reschedule.
If you or your child have had any cold/flu type symptoms, fever, diarrhea or vomiting within 72 hours of your appointment, please call our office to reschedule.
