to keep our clients and staff safe, the following safety measures are in place:

1. If you or anyone in your household has tested positive for COVID-19 or been on quarantine due to close contact in the last two weeks, please call our office to reschedule.

2. If you or your child have had any cold/flu type symptoms, fever, diarrhea or vomiting within 72 hours of your appointment, please call our office to reschedule.

3. Face masks are required for persons 2 years of age or older in all healthcare facilities (regardless of vaccination status).
