- Available for purchase at the Morgan County Health Department
- Service limited to wells located within Morgan County (unable to test wells in outside counties)
- Well water samples MUST be collected on a Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday and mailed the same day.
- Failure to do so will result in specimen rejection by the state lab.
- MCHD is unable to provide refunds or replacement test kits due to client error
