Freedom of Information Act
The Freedom of Information Act is the Illinois statute that allows public access to records of a public body. All records in custody and possession of Morgan County Health Department are presumed to be open to inspection and copying with limited exceptions. Types of records include but are not limited to: inspection records, statistical information and data, vital record data and preventative health and communicable disease statistics.
