Medicare part B and Illinois Medicaid benefits cover COVID-19 vaccine
All persons with commercial/private insurance who wish to receive COVID-19 vaccine at the Morgan County Health Department are required to contact your insurance provider prior to seeking service
Upon arrival for services, you will be asked to provide the following information:
Does your insurance plan cover the vaccines(s) requested?
Is the Morgan County Health Department in network for your benefit plan?
Failure to provide this information will require payment in full at the time of service or result in the cancellation of your appointment.
